When this package is useful
Board asks need evidence
The sponsor has pilot metrics, demos, vendor notes and user feedback, but the board still needs named owners, stop conditions, residual risks and decision evidence.

Teams want production expansion, procurement sign-off or customer-facing claims before rollback, incident, data, security, cost and human-override evidence is assembled.

- Redacted screenshots, exported tables or written summaries that the buyer is authorized to share. AICS does not need secrets, PHI, personal data or confidential raw customer records for the first review.
Package output format
The expected output is a board-readable evidence pack: a populated risk-register review table, a decision queue, unsupported-claim list, missing-evidence checklist, adviser-question list and next-review cadence. The package is designed to complement the free AI Pilot Board Risk Register Template, not replace accountable business, legal, compliance, security or engineering decisions.
